  1. VW could have done it in their T-1 Beetles and have kept the original styling. Team up with Mercedes(the experts on diesels) Finally, some heat inside the car.

  2. Horizontally opposed is a VW/Porsche thing. 2 stroke design means you could put sparkplugs in it and it would run off of gasoline/nitrous/2 stroke oil mix. Some scary on your hairy. So there must be problems not covered.

  3.  @tractorboy31  the rattling noise is the explosion of combustion on a diesel. The noisier it is the healthier it is. Drove diesels for 15 years.

  4. 2 stroke diesel? Does it do "Ring ding ding ding" or is that just Kawasaki 2 strokes?

  5. Diesel will be phased out when you do not fly by jet, or ship, or train, or...yeah it will be around so long as those modes of transportation exist. There is always the Hindenberg II. As for gas cars considering they are fuel injection then it should work.IMO
