  7. Each side has their own Propaganda machine. Real numbers are never known during a conflict in any war, otherwise the U.S. would have HAD TO PULL OUT of Afghanistan way before the 20 year mark. The dead were secretly counted during the conflict and numbers never released to the public. As the U.S. would have lost support for the INVASION EFFORT.

  15. The reports I have heard is 180,000 R soldiers to 50,000 U civilians (because that is all the "balls" the R have) They FEAR THE SUNFLOWER SEED old woman. Sunflower is Ukraine's National Flower so obviously she is a WITCH. The attacking force always lose 3-5 times more men than the defenders. So Ukraine has lost maybe 50,000 guys? Russians also died when they hooked up the washing machines they stole from Ukraine and thought they could wire it themselves. EHHH WRONG!

  18. Why Bakhmut? It seems that in USSR's past that Peter the Great took the city because it sits on a deposit of SALT. (Salt at one time was more precious than gold.) So, it is more a> historical victory< than anything else. Many other salt deposits have been found since those days. Bakhmut is also close to a main road that runs N S so they can supply their men. No rail lines and water barriers make it a challenge. Ukraine has a defensive position near there that looks DOWN from there. There is no rail line, no nothing except the mud road.

  19. Mudder Nature is on Ukraine's side. (NO TANK CAN "MUD BOG" [esp the heavier Western tanks]& the fields are MUD. Seems NO military can handle that, they have to use the few roads. Weather in Kyiv Feb 1-7 rain. No hard freeze of-40C. Western tanks won't arrive until the ground dries.(or wooden tanks) that weigh 1000lbs.

  20. I am betting sketch artists are hard at "updating" the Ukrainian stamp, showing a ship going down nose first. The "fatal finger missile" from the soldier is what did it in.   23. Poroshenko sees this as a historic moment and he will be remembered in history as a former President aiding the current President. The fact he is spending his money that he pilfered from Ukraine(something he did not have to do but is doing it anyways --he either loves his country or sees a way to make money out of this? Time will tell. Right now he is a good guy.
