  1. Most likely pilot error...so blame the pilots first. Ford tried to do that with the flaming Pinto rear crashes. Driver error. White Star lines tried to blame the captain or the iceburg...not its schedule. Same sort of thing went for the Hindenburg...pilot error; or the blip of the shuttle...."we have had an incident"...

  2.  @JayManLive  They just have to get rid of the bigger engine and go with the cigar shape for awhile longer. That would put the engine back under the wing like other 737's and it would fly like a 737. The big engine placement made for weird flying. Definitely lose the software of confusion or have the ability to cancel its control function when it goes nuts (which seems like right away).
