  3. No you are not wrong. Greg Abbot changed that law after he settled a 30M lawsuit for himself - then he put a cap on it. (in Texas) Connecticut is a different state...different laws. . In this case the jury did not know there was a cap. This was their judgement. According to Texas law. So that is going to get whittled down to "a minor amount" hardly worth AJ showing up. That is SAD. They can't adopt a kid for $750,000 as a replacement like a Kyle Wittenhouse type.

  4. The thing is, the opposing lawyer thought it was a mistake and INFORMED AJ Lawyer. He had 10 days to say whether it was confidential or not. He chose not to reply within the 12 days so it is now in the custody of the opposing lawyer & the J6 Committee wants to see it so he will provide it to them as well. . What cereal gives out Lawyer certificates? I got to buy that cereal. Fluck! Stupid.

  6.  @acehangman617  Hang for a second...some people use medical records to prove they were INSANE. If they can use medical records for that then medical records are not really confidential. The other lawyer did not respond to the error they made so NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL. Medical stuff is irrelevant& not important to this case so it will be ignored anyways. J6 committee will be interested in the Roger Stone & Drumpf stuff though.
