  1. Since when does the U.S. control the WORLDWIDEWEB? Ans. They don't. Section 230 applies to what is available in the U.S.(and that is all) That would be like saying the SCOTUS has say what is posted on the billboard of every clothes washing business or store that has a corkboard for billboards IN THE WORLD. They don't have that power...and never will. Thankfully there are OTHER COUNTRIES( not everyone lives under U.S. heavy thumb.)which is a form of "totalitarianism".
