  1. Someone should have replied with a "Huh?" Their speech should pick up speed to chipmunk speed emphasize a change in speed. Only the kids grow?Guess they never heard of baldness, or beards, or fingernails growing to long lengths or pot bellies(none which happen). "Lets walk thru the canyon backwards to reverse time, right?" Movie would be over sooner.

  4. This is one of those movies where the military has got to question the intelligence of its troops. Greenie rode to the edge of earth's atmosphere; then does a belly flop from that height into the Frisco bay region, getting bombed several times underwater and is strong enough to go up the sewer pipe and ruin the roadway for miles with huge upheavals, and then pops up through the asphalt in one piece and the military got rifles aimed at him with tiny lead pills thinking they STAND SOME KIND OF A CHANCE? Even the youngest viewer is going "No WAY" I would run away...as this is bigger & badder than the Entire Military & Airforce combined, besides I need to change my pants.

  5. The city of London is not bigger than a country and Bavaria is a state(71,000 sq km) compared to Greater London1,572 square km. The city of London is 1 square mile.(2.8sq.km) The title suggests the city devours a huge land mass IS SO WRONG. The proportions are so much the OPPOSITE. . It did not specify a specific town in Bavaria- Just ALL of it. So a population of 8.6million is bigger than 13million? On some weird planet that might be true. U.S. writers ought to get their facts straight FIRST cuz I am thinking wrong, wrong, wrong while I watch this.

  8. This era of monster movies is also the era when "electricity" is discovered...in all forms, meaning static electricity & lightning is the same thing. Totally untamed and unharnessed, giving that bluish/greenish light as it glows with high energy. Van Helsing makes use of it in his writings. Just more eerie.
