Being TRAINED for forest fires is DIFFERENT than structural fire fighting. One can call in waterbombers and helicopters. The other can't and has to rely on the fire truck and fire hydrant. One supersedes the other in available equipment. A small helicopter can drop 1 1/2ton US of water on you (you don't want to be under that for it will snap your head off like a twig. Most lakes are small, except the one in the background. It will take a bomber to fly in and out holding 5000liters of water(1250 gallons U.S.150Tons) which is just a spitball.) It takes 10 seconds to load and 1 second to dump. Showing you how much water it takes coming out of the sky. Because after a rainstorm, the firefighters still have to go back and look for hot spots like burning roots. So it could be days with pick and shovel.
