  3. When it comes to saving YOUR LIFE over STUFF, your life is more important than stuff you have insured(or can replace because you are still ALIVE). DEAD people have no desires. Fire is not just simple burning of trees, it also burns all the oxygen in the air so you suffocate. The dog & CAT knew when to split, but not you? Education failed you.

  4. So much money is set aside for forest fire fighting...and so much goes to the military. It is in the budget. Besides, this is a fire insurance thing. Yes, because you had to pay more, you are covered.

  5. With any luck, the stuff is chipped with a microchip so it can be located again. Animals get chipped so they can't be stolen successfully.

  6.  @ninemoonplanet  There is 390 wildfires this year which is a very high number (once in a generation fire situation) & we are still in SUMMER. I don't remember it raining since April 27(that is a long time) Maybe we may see some rain Aug 27. Not normal weather. Much too hot & dry. But, we handle it and not even notice....as it will be 2 years before I go past that area and it will have greened over by that time.

  7. Insurance costs are TRIPLE when you live in a wooded region. You pay through the nose. Insurance against forest fires. I know. I lived there. I sold and got out.

  8. Fukushima release was always going to happen when the "toxic radioactive water" was safe(no toxicity and no radioactivity) that is why they have held onto this water all this time. Your wristwatch that self illuminates gives off more radiation. . Water softening salt is in the supply chain as being "on the way" . The forst fires in B.C., Canada is 390 fires at once which is a big number which has never been seen before. As soon as the rains come, then the fires will be a none issue. Once in a generation type fire. Lightning is the cause.
