  1. Judges need BLINDERS so they can not see the color or face of the person they are Judging & go on the evidence. Also lawyers & witnesses cannot say the color of the skin either-or racial profiling in any sense. Then judge the case. Blind to skin color& ethnic background. Judgement "based only on Evidence." It CAN be done.
