Russians did not have to learn Ukrainian or Polish. My mom is Polish and no it is not Russian or Ukrainian. As the U.S. was a former member it was easy to rejoin. #45 was like fresh cowshit on the wall, some sticks, but most falls off. So, a temporary event.
