Such as internal stress caused by prescription medication...you are always under stress until you finally "SNAP" then the release is physical and irrational. That is why doctors need to do multiple blood tests over the period while you are on medication. They have a good idea of where the stress point is. I got angry at my dad and wanted to punch him out on the street, until the emotional wave dissipates in 10 minutes, did the same to my employer and lost the job, did the same to my girl friend, then while working on my car engine punched the engine block with bare knuckles. This is over several years and THAT IS HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT medicated internal stress. Now medicine levels is right and I am a mellow fellow. Rational but not angry or p.o.. .. Another extreme of over medication is intoxication by the drugs. Both mess with your mind. The mind is a complex organ. The field of medicine KNOWS THIS.

  26. Professors do not dole out scholarships...the Universities do that to DESERVING STUDENTS WITH A BRAIN. Chinese students have to pay a higher admissions FEE(double to Five times) the cost of what a local student pays.(it maybe even more as this was a FEW years ago) That fee applies to ANY "international" student. They pay for themselves. They prepay(show us the MONEY)"first" and then their grades have to be great and their command of the English language has to be on par to understand what is being taught. They may also be taking ESL (English as Second Language) courses on TOP as well as studying Western habits & customs. . To come overseas and learn all that IT IS A FULL TIME COMMITMENT. The student must be totally committed to their studies. Which is why they are never in Bars or Night Clubs...unless they are failing because English Language is a Biitch. . So, you are misinformed. U.S. taxpayer-funded scholarships "DO NOT EXIST FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL students. They pay a hell of a lot of money...which keeps some Universities in the BLACK.(profitable) It helps to keep the costs for local students more reasonable. (believe it or not - even though your costs are so high). Your costs would be even higher without the International students. The IRS( Internal Revenue Service) TAXES INCOME(aka Revenue) that is earned in the U.S.. These kids are NOT EMPLOYED in the U.S. so the IRS has no interest in them. Geez! I figured you would KNOW THAT MUCH TAX LAW. . Universities are TAKING THE MONEY AND TEACHING. So, universities are paying the IRS every year. They are making an income from foreign sources...& local sources or "YOU". . The professors are paid employees of the Universities. So they have to claim their income every year to Uncle Sam and are taxed accordingly (as they WORK "teaching"). . Stuff I learned somewhere a long time ago. Maybe from a University? Then, I figured after paying them for 5 years = that was enough employing teachers FROM ME so I stopped doing that. I figured I was a Professional Student. My bar tab costs prove it. Being a local, I frequented the bars every school night. I paid my way through Uni. as far as it was going to serve me. I was not benefitting any more. I went to work instead. . Or I may have asked a foreign student in an "off-handed way" . That is HOW YOU FIND OUT SCHIT. . If YOU go overseas to a different country to study there - YOU are charged the "INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RATE. That is the deal Universities have come to an agreement on...SAME -SAME That is your SPECIAL TREATMENT.
