  3. Got to remember that it was maybe 3%or less as they did not know alcohol comes from sweetener. alcohol and the rest water as there was no white sugar. There is a lot of white sugar(3 gallons) to make 5 gallons of beer - that is used to make beer as there was no cane sugar Just honey. And they used wild yeasts, so it could turn out to be vinegarish. Definitely no hops so each container(remember it is in a keg) not bottle or can...so any one can be OFF.
