It's like saying, our feet are bleeding when we walk on broken glass - that's exactly what the powers wanted us to be doing, when they put everywhere broken glas and force us with their laws to walk barefoot. We hate what is to be hated and this is normal reaction. We should stop people who put us in uncomfortable and dangerous situations forcing on us "other cultures, incompatible with us".
