@allandm It looks like I don't have any specific intolerences, but once I tried to go vegan. I did it for 4 months or a bit more and I slowly returned to animal food (however vegeterian). The problem is that a) it was absolutely impossible to avoid the use of animals (no choice for shoes for exemple, those which a not leather shoes are made in the worst non-ecological conditions and are of a bad quality), b) I was always hungry - I cooked myself all these beans+rice, vegitable etc, and I ate enormous amounts of it. All this is not a way to live. It must not be SO hard.
Moreover, all I did, was trying to immitate "the real food" with my vegan stuff. My soja sausages, soja yogurt, cakes with no dairy and no eggs... When I ate my first normal yogourt I found its taste heavenly :))), then I let myself eat butter, then eggs and fish - life became again colourful.
