  2. Of course it does, but also what you like, your subs, your comments and simply what you skip and don't skip. Seems obvious, though we don't know exactly. Their government classified the algorithm as a national interest level secret.

  3. China Uncensored can be expected to be hyperbolic, but I can also imagine the app to be normal for the general pubic, and then be weaponised against specific targets.
