@louisliu5638 I'm pretty sure she's Filipino. That doesn't mean she can't speak or read Spanish, but if I'm right, that's not her native language.

@mvpfocus You're right about the restitution. As far as why buy a shack, Houston (and Harris County) is booming; the prices are through the roof. As to the programs for educators, I remember those, but don't know if any of them are still in effect.
