@GrimpleGromble Yeah, Roland kind of sort of leaves that part out. As well as the fact that they DID NOT CHARGE HIM WITH OPEN CONTAINER. Which they could have done, since he had a mixed drink in the center console. Now, maybe he wasn't personally inhaling, but if you smell marijuana on someone, at the very least, he's been around someone who has been smoking.

@GrimpleGromble Yeah, it seems strange that they'd "plant" an open container in his car - and then NOT CHARGE him for it. At the very least, that's a waste of good booze.

@SoupBone-bp1qk Maybe for being inept. I mean, she allegedly planted evidence - and then the man was never charge for having an open container. Weird.

What's really dumb is going to all that trouble (and wasting booze) and never charging the man for an open container. At least he should have been charged for having that open mixed drink in the center console. You did hear them discussing that part, right?
