Having been involved with Athletics as an athlete coach and oficial it seems obscene how boxing is run, that a guy can rip up his licence and go fight under different regulations after 2 failed tests. If this was Athletics he would get a 4 year ban and have nowhere to go he wouldnt be able to go to another country and carry on like nothing happened. And hes in a sport that puts peoples lives at risk appalling
