  1. That's a nice kit, kinda reminds me the "Construction" knockoff of a Meccano made in the GDR. I had a lot of fun playing with my brother's :). 3R12 batteries, becoming rare nowadays. Back in the '90s and beyond they were ubiquitous. Using a mains transformer's bobbin with some added L-bracket, you could even make a Ruhmkorff's inductor! :)
