  2. I'm Polish and typically drink 2...3l a day, no bottled water as it's way too expensive compared to tap water which is really tasty and rich in minerals in most Polish large cities. Water used to be chlorinated but that was replaced with ozone treatment at some point between the '90s and 2010s, and usually comes from underground wells (it used to come from rivers and lakes when industry created massive demand on it, but as economy shifted, water use dropped). Not sure how it's like nowadays, but when I ditched bottled water in 2013, there was some mythbusting and debunking to be done about tap vs bottled. My advice here is: check tap water quality in your place and drink it if it's clean enough; sometimes it's not possible (e.g. getting water from a well, no decent purification in the waterworks, or emergency situations like flood) and you'll have to drink bottled water, but generally it's an exception rather than the rule.
