Keeping a healthy lifestyle is good, but integrating it with your day-to-day life so that you treat it as something so simple and obvious rather than a set of particular activities you do for your health is even better. I don't have to spend time or money to go to a gym - I just ride a bike going to my customers, doing shopping or running errands; I live on the fifth floor in a tenement house, so I end up going up the stairs quite a lot, etc. And sometimes I have rough sex too :). And I stay away from addictions (alcohol, smoking, drugs) because I knew it was bullshit from a very young age, seeing my mom smoke and pay lots of cash for cigs made me stick to the decision that I'm not going down that way. All the better for now, at least it doesn't fuck with my hormone replacement therapy.
