  1. Exactly, lead is close to melting point and that's just not enough to get any atoms into gaseous phase. Same thing with hot metal typesetting. Metal oxide particulate matter and VOCs from oil and dust thermal decomposition are the noxious stuff, not any lead vapors. Who fights monsters must take care not to become a monster... but I guess this doesn't apply to Karens. Sometimes you just gotta out-Karen them.
