  1. Good thoughts, truth spoken. I tend to view the difference in terms of resources (time, talent, physical or mental ability, effort, cash, experience...) you have to invest in order to be qualified for the job. Some of these resources are equivalent and interchangeable, e.g. you may not have talent, but work your ass off to learn the thing and succeed at it.
