  1. 1:25 has OBS even started supporting pipewire video? Sure it can do screen capture, but I'm still stuck with V4L2 input devices, though I'd really venevit from PW on cams. And as for audio, PW is not yet supported out of the box, you need a plugin for that. Meh. BTW in order to get OBS and screen capture to work (at least in Debian), you need qml-module-org-kde-pipewire, without it it won't work even if you have xdg-desktop-portal running.

  3. Cool! Since I use OBS on Debian testing/sid for recording my videos, it's gonna be a great update. I'm having some problems with websocket 4.9 on Linux, not firewall related (tested the network already), hopefully I'll get rid of this on the update.

  4. I sometimes use Losedows for running software that won't do well under Wine, be it utiliy or gaming. Oher than that, I'm all GNU. Been using Debian on a bunch of machines since 2012.

With great power comes great responsibility." I never cared the message other than it's an alternative way of saying "hey, this user is not in /etc/sudoers".
