  2.  @thomasjosullivan9179  I am really struggling to understand this charge. Isn’t genocide the intentional destruction of a people? Doesn’t Hamas write the annihilation of Israel into their charta? Didn’t they “free” the land on 7 October and promise to keep going? Isn’t it a war crime of Hamas to dress as civilians and operate from civilian areas? I respect criticism against Israel for their conduct of the war, but genocidal intent is something I only saw on 7 October

  5. Genocide needs intent and evidence. I only see intent and evidence for Hamas : they literally write genocide against israel into their charta and they showed on 7 October what a “free” palestine looks like. It’s an absolute farce that Israel is charged with genocide and palestine isn’t
