As a european I was lucky enough to live in CT for a few months, to me it's the most beautiful city in the world ... I cross my fingers for SA I hope people find together, overcome racial division and root out corruption, this country has so much potential if governed properly!

depends on whether the 1 party is corrupt and dysfunctional or not. A 'good' dictatorship is better (in the sense of faster advance) than democracy, and 'bad' dictatorship is much worse
