I'm from India. I live on a 3rd Floor Apartment Building. One day during a Thunderstorm and Intense Rain, I open the Bathroom door and i happen to see a Brilliant Flash of Lightning, I blinked for a second and before i knew it, I was face to face with an Orb the size of a Golf Ball. It hovered in from the tiny window in my Bathroom at a very quick speed. I stared at it for a moment, It felt like being watched by someone or something. It hovered at a height slightly above my eyes. It was so Bright and Glowy that I couldn't take my eyes off it. It only lasted some 0.5 seconds, after which it disappeared with another Flash of Light. I couldn't believe what i saw and slammed the Door shut, yelling and calling out to everyone in the house. I still remember the shivers it sent down my spine.
