  1. Do you get sued for accidentally peeking into someone's skirt or shorts ? Of course not, that's silly. Taking a Picture is not much different than this, So it should not be Illegal. What we should be discussing is spreading awareness of decency among the Public and not to do these sort of things. We don't' need a Law for everything.
