  2. Yoga simply means "Discipline" or "Practice" in Sanskrit, An ancient language. Other than some terms and references in Indian Names, The Yoga exercises that one does has nothing to do with Hinduism. It's like saying Kung-Fu is Buddhist when everyone knows the word Kung-Fu just means "Skill" in Chinese. Comparing Yoga to a Religion is like comparing Kung-Fu to a religion Lol.
