  1. These Laws in India were passed first by the British Empire in the Colonial days. India is a very open society which welcomes Diversity and where Indians (Atleast everyone except Muslims) are seen making fun of their own Gods & Beliefs on Primitive T.V. This Law was abandoned in 2006, Then it was restated recently, By some Religious Lobbies. People are out in the streets in Thousands to protest against these silly Laws. India never encouraged Homophobia, One of the Greatest Treatise on Sexuality - The Kamasutra (Written in 800 BC) celebrates Homosexuality.

  2. ***** I laugh at your Ignorance of History, Kashmir has always been a part of India.  Until the Islamic Fanatics drove away all the Natives and called for an Islamic State. Today, People like you think Kashmir or people of Kashmir are alien to India, Lol.

  3. hailtheempire Diversity is found everywhere in India, Look at Indian Movies, Ruled by Muslim Movie Stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Amir Khan, Salman Khan.. Indian Music Industry is known for it's Muslim Singers who are world famous like Dilip Kumar & AR Rahman . India has had 3 Muslim Presidents, 1 of whom is so famous he just isn't worshiped - Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. (He is truly an Inspiration to me) Many of India' Army, Naval and Air Force chiefs have been Christians & Jews. India's recent Defense Minister was a Christian. Many of India's Prime Ministers have been Sikh. The Current Supreme Court Judge is a Muslim, The current Foreign Affairs Minister is a Muslim, The Current Vice President is a Muslim. You would also notice Jains and Zoroastrians in the Entertainment Industry. I can't think of any other Nation with so much Diversity. If you think India isn't a Secular Nation, you are so wrong my friend.  When Pakistan was born, Muslims gained their 56th Islamic Nation in the world, When Modern India was born in 1947, Hindus lost their only Nation, But Hindus aren't selfish like Muslims, They don't mind sharing their only Nation with people believing in the same Ideology that enslaved them, for the past 1000 years. Because this is what Hinduism really teaches - Diversity & Love for all of Humanity (Not just ones of their own Religion).
