  5. Kashmir has always been a Part of India, Don't know which History you have been reading. India has never carried out any Human Rights Violations in Kashmir, In-fact its the other way around - Hindus were forced to flee their Native Homeland of Kashmir and Pakistan promoted Terrorism in Kashmir.
