  2. From what i remember, Nehru did not take many decisions. It was Sardar Patel alone who forced Nehru to takes these Decisions. With great reluctance Nehru agreed. Patel also wanted to send Indian Army to Tibet and Baluchistan, Nehru did not grant permission and today we can look back what a Blunder it was.

  5. The reason Nizam was in Power in Hyderabad was because of Marathas help, Go read History, You will understand. Mughals threatened Nizam by extending Mughal armies and to counter them, Nizam joined forces with Marathas. It was Marathas who allowed Nizam to keep his territories and pay tribute, While they went on to capture rest of India, Including Heartlands of Mughals in North India.
