And yes, You are right Subash Chandra Bose did form an Alliance with Imperial Japan and Nazis but his Movement failed and did not become popular and before he achieved anything significant he died, Hence the world today knows Gandhi not Bose.

It could be so unique and different, Even if it's at the right distance, We can't be sure it has Liquid Water. Who knows, It might have oceans of Hydrocarbons or Sulfuric Acids where no life could even thrive. Remember that we are making these assumptions on a Planet that is 600 Light Years, A totally Alien Star which might have given rise to a totally new set of Planets with unique Elements from ours.

This would change our understanding of the Universe drastically and we could even attempt to communicate, Speculate about Origins of Life or send some spacecraft there though a Manned Trip to any planet outside our own seems highly unlikely.
