  1. Why would Conges control Population ? They will encourage Illegal Migration from Palestine and Syria also if they can. Muslim are their Primary votebank. Its easy to control Islamic Mullah and you get Crores of Muslim votes. Hindus don't vote as a Block, So we are useless.
