  1. Note that its "Lease" on Contractual basis, Not a "Sale". This decision is taken because Current Govt believes that Govt should not be running any Business and should only do the Job of Monitoring. Private Plyers do a much better job at running Business, Just like Private Schools, Private Hospitals, Private T.V Channels are much better than Govt ones.
