For too long Developmeent has beeen ignored in Border areas in the name of "Conserving Nature", Which is a Bullshit excuse and Lazyness by Previous Era Govt. The First Peop;e who benefit will be the Locals in Kashmir once Development happens. Kashmir should have already had Bridges, Dams, High Speed Trains, Metro and Underground Tunnels, This is alreeady 70 years too late. To imagine 15% of India's Tax payer money was going to Kashmir all these years, Where the Hell did all that money go to ? Probably pockets of Abdullahs and Muftis who didn't have basic deecency to even provide electricity to all regions in Kashmir.
