India and Japan today are working together on Ahmedabad - Surat Bullet Train, Cultural Ties, Smart Cities, Military Strategy Exchange. Geo Strategic Military Partnership, None of these things existed during Congress Era. Let's not pretend relationship between India and Japan back then MM Singh or Congress was same as it exists today !!! Congress Leaders always like to claim they did everything and Talk Big but did nothing when they were in Power. Who are they Fooling ? We didn't even know who Shinzo Abey was under Congress Era, Only under Modi Era did we see the Chemistry and Good relations between Japan and India. Shameless Congress is like that Kid in your School who always comes to take Credit for everything.
