  1. Chinese Media said 3 Million people affected and claims only 33 Dead. You really think its true ? If 3 Million people affected, Deaths must be at-least 0.1% which is 3000 !!! China censors and controls its Media, So we are not told real Facts. China opened 33 Dams because of Excessive Flooding, In India it is only 1 or 2 Dams.
