@NEEVEJOSE Its not a big achievemnt, Its a big shame. Nations like Japan and South Korea were on same poverty levels as India in 50s. Congress Party wasted 50 years of India's Prosperity by promoting Faled Ideogy of Socialism. When things got desperate and India was going broke, They were forced to open Marktes to outsidfe world. They haile this as some Great Achiveement. Only an Idiot would believe this,Who doesn't know that average GDP Growth from 1947 ~ 1987 was just 1.5%, Which is Pathetically miniscule.

Congress is the most incomaptent Political Party since Independence. They are redistributng Tax payer moeny in Karnataka and doing noting to promote development. People are seeing their Failure in all fronts. So distract us, rhey are now claiming State not getting enough money from Centre. These tricks won't work for long. Sooner or later, They must answer to Common man. Tey will never be able to solve any problem because they still have Socialist Mindset if Wealth Distribution and Socialism.
