  1. High School students are full of Energy. It is upto Schools to channel this Energy in a Good and Productive way. We should learn from Japanese Model of Education, They allow High School Students in Japan to form "Clubs" based on their Hobbies - Be it Stamp Collection, Painting, Martial Arts or Astronomy which they get to be involved in every single day during the "Last 1 Hour" of School. These Clubs are exclusively Planned, Have Weekly Goals Set and Run by Students themselves who work in Team, Forming their own Leaders through Voting. This encourages Beneficial and Healthy Team Co-operation and Leadership Behavior based on their Hobbies, Instead of joining "Gangs" and displaying "Goon" Behavior.
