  1. Highly doubtful that any Alien Civilization can even survive the Densely packed Space at the Centre of the Galaxy. Stars there are so densely packed, The Radiation alone will kill all Life, If not the amount of debris and Rogue Stars orbiting in unusual Trajectories.
