Additionally, Indian Parliament should hold discussions about "Mass Shootings & Racist incidents" in United States of America and convey the Outcome of the discussion to U.N Panel, So world can consider imposing sanctioning on U.S for violaions of Fundamental Human Rights as declraed by U.N Generva Convention.
