I bet you don't know the story about a Pakistani Spy who managed to sneak into a Nuclear Plant in Norway posing as a Physicist and steal Documents related to Nukes in the 80s to develop them back home. Not just that, It is Pakistan that supplied these same Nukes to North Korea under the Supervision of China. Because of this, Pakistan is the only Nation that is charged with "Nuclear Proliferation" by U.N Nuclear Body and its Nuclear Scientist - A.Q Khan was put under House arrest for decades. The Disturbing part is Pakistan funds 30+ Terrorists groups across Asia, If Pakistani Nukes fall into these Terror hands, Whole world is doomed. So I would argue Pakistan is more dangerous than North Korea. North Koreans want to be left alone and live in Peace. Pakistan wants to Rule the world and impose their fucked up ideology or die trying.
