If I was U.N, I would impose these conditions on Taliban and only then assist them with Aid and Money : - No Building of Mosques or Islamic Schools in Afghanistan, Restrict Islam only within their Home - Compulsory Schooling & Education for Girls and Women - No Maintaining of a Standing Army and Permanent Disposal of all Military Arms by Taliban - Nationwide Law against Violence and Forced Marriages of Girls till they are Adults
