In the Desert, Survival matters. If you don't grab a woman, Someone else will. If you steal you Live another day. Nature has forced them to evolve these ways and justify them in the form of Religion and Culture. It's as simple as that. Nature was unfair to them, They are being unfair to others and themselves. The only solution to this is Progress and Education and Wealth.
