  1. Solution is very simple - Govt should offer Long Term - "Repayable Student Loans" to Poor and Weaker Sections of Society who can't afford Education and College. Once they settle in Life, they can pay back after 10 ~ 15 years (With Interest, Which should be re-assigned for this same cause for the Next Generation). This way all Poorer sections get equal opportunity, Free of Cost. And still can Study, Get a Job with their own Merit and Hard work then pay back their University and School Loans comfortably after 10 ~ 15 Years after Passing out of University, Once they are settled in Life at the Age of 35.
