The Kuki tribe are Illegals from Myanmar, Although not all are guitly, Some are funded with Chinese weapons and Arms. So Manipur coflict is bsically between Locals and Drug Mafia that are doing their best to make it appear like a Religious conflict there, Since China's ass is burning that India recently solve the conflict in Kashmir, Which was bleeding our Military for 6 decades, China has started to create trouble in N.E India.   4. Give him a break, He belongs to 1960s Generation. You know what 1960s was like ? Just 10 year after British left India, Poor and Chaotic. it would be a miracle if people even learnt Engish back then, Considering Engish wasn't an option at Schools back. Most kids did not even go to schools..
