  1. BRAHMOS incorporates Nuclear Warheads. It is interesting that both these Nations opted for Cruise missiles that incorporate Nuclear Warheads. This means, the next Military leap would be for Vietnam and Philippines to acquire Nuclear Weapons. Asia will be a Hotspot of Nuclear Armed Nations when that happens. Already Israel, India, Iran, Pakistan, China, Russia and North Korea possess Nuclear weapons. Now we will have Japan, Vietnam and Philippines added to this List, Since Japan also recently expressed re-starting of Nuclear Enrichment plants.
