  2. You can go look at how the Survey was done, It is based on Statistics from past 20 Years. So they are judging Hunger Index of India not in the year 2021, But starting from Year 2000 to 2021. This is outright stupid. India today is being blamed today for some child starving in the year 2000 which is 2 Decades ago.
