English Translation of PM Modi's Speech : -> President Biden, At the very first instance, I would like to say our Foriegn and Defense Ministers will meet their American Counterparts in a 2+2 Format Talks. Before this would happen, We would hope for a Great Direction regarding how this Meeting goes, Once Again I congratulate you for holding this Virtual Meeting. -> Your Excedllency, In September of 2021, You had said - "India and American Partnership will contribute Positively towards the World Geopolitics". I agree with this, We 2 are the Largest Democracies who are Natural Partners -> Today, We have created a New Momentum together, Which seemed impossible earlier, a few decades ago. Yourr Excellency, Today we talk amidst an environment of Chaos and Concern in Ukraine. -> Few Indians had been stranded in Ukraine, Among these were Students. With great effort, We successfully managed to bring them back, despite which one of our Students died. Regarding this, I have talked to both Ukraine and Russia. -> I have requested both the Russian and Ukraine Presidents not just for Peace talks but to hold a Straight Forward Dialogue. We here in India in our Parlaiment also held talks and discussed about the Ukranian Conflict. Our Concern is of Innocent Civilians dying amidst this Conflict. -> We have Condemned this and sought a Ceasfire in this regard, We hope that Russia and Ukraine find a Peaceful way out and find a Solution. Your Excellency, India has always given importance to Civilian Lives amidst the Grave Situation. We have tried our best to help Ukrainian Civilians in whatever way India can and we are still doing so with Relief Efforts. -> You had given a Slogan - Democracies can deliver. The Partnership between India and America's succerss is held true by this Honest Slogan. India will be celebrating 75th Year of independence.   3. Modi has a Degree of Post Graduation in Political Science, He is very well Educated. Not all Indians speak English very well, Especially the Older Generation who never had the opportuniry to speak in English unlike today where Kids can learn English from T.V or Media. English is an Optional and Secondary Language in India. People have the choice of taking most of the Subjects at School, College and Graduation School in their Native Languages. So yea, Our PM Modi understands English but doesn't speak English very well, Just like Leaders of Russia, China, Korea or Japan or a Couple Dozen other countries in Asia, Europe or Latin America.
